the tea, the story.

Everything roasted from Morii Farm in one box: deep-roasted hojicha for the teapot, genmaicha with the farm's own hand-roasted rice, and hojicha powder for lattes. All three are low in caffeine, naturally sweet and easy to brew, which makes this the set for evenings, for coffee drinkers crossing over and for anyone who finds green tea too grassy.

What is inside

Hojicha strong roast, 50 g — first-flush leaf, deep-roasted, caramel and smoke. Genmaicha, 50 g — spring green tea with the farm's own hand-roasted rice. Hojicha Powder, 30 g — the same roast ground fine, for 15 lattes.

Why together

Three roast levels, three textures: a dark leaf tea, a light rice tea and a creamy latte. Roughly 10–20 mg of caffeine per cup across the set, so any of them works after dinner. You save €3.80 compared with buying the three separately.

Frequently asked questions

Which of the three has the least caffeine?

They are close. Genmaicha and strong hojicha are roughly 10–20 mg per cup; a hojicha-powder latte is 20–30 mg because you drink the whole leaf. All are far below coffee.

How do I brew each one?

Hojicha: 3 g, 90–100 °C, 30–60 s. Genmaicha: 3 g, 80–90 °C, 30–60 s. Hojicha powder: 1 g in hot water or 2 g in 200 ml of milk.

Is this a good gift for someone new to Japanese tea?

It is our most-given set: nothing bitter, nothing that needs a thermometer, and a latte included.

Can I drink these in the evening?

Yes; all three are the teas Japanese families drink after dinner.

How fast does it ship, and what does delivery cost?

Orders ship within 24 hours from Tallinn, Estonia. Estonia: Omniva parcel locker €2.95, free from €50. Latvia and Lithuania: €4.95–5.95. Finland: Matkahuolto €7.95. Elsewhere in the EU: free shipping from €75. Pickup at Morii Teahouse, Kopli 16, Tallinn (Mon–Sat 12–21, Sun 12–20) is usually ready the same day, and you can taste the tea before you take it home.
