Shipping Regions

We currently ship our tea products from Estonia to the following destinations:

- All European Union countries  
- United Kingdom  
- United States  
- Canada  

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will review delivery options.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or Estonian public holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods or campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable parcel and courier partners depending on destination.

Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): parcel machine delivery.  
EU, UK, US, Canada: international tracked parcel services via our logistics partners.

Available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guarantees.

Estonia: 1–2 business days  
Latvia & Lithuania: 2–4 business days  
Rest of EU: 3–8 business days  
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days  
United States & Canada: 5–12 business days  

Delays may occur due to customs processing, peak seasons, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight and size, and selected delivery method.

Free shipping may be offered for selected countries and order values during campaigns or as stated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracked shipments include a tracking number.

You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the UK, US, and Canada, may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control or pre-collect these fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and selecting the correct pickup point where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned due to address issues or non-collection, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery or Non-Collection

If a shipment is returned due to non-collection, rejected delivery, or invalid address, we can reship the order after the additional shipping cost has been paid.
